Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fireline platform, including Rigline, Reportline, Certline, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Fireline Colorado, LLC (“Fireline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a fire department or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Fireline provides cloud-based software tools designed for fire departments, including apparatus inspection management, incident reporting, and certification tracking. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or any related systems or networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
- Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes on any third party’s intellectual property rights
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We will not sell your data to third parties. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by Fireline and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
7. Payment and Billing
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Paddle. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
30-Day Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at hello@fireline.co.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any downtime, whether planned for maintenance or caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fireline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fireline, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period following termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
